1.Place in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
2.Add cold water (slightly more than twice the amount of product) and salt to taste.
3.Cover partially and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until the water has fully absorbed.
4.Remove from heat, cover and let stand for two or three minutes before serving.
